C-Cell – CC.200: Version 2

C-Cell Image analysis system for the evaluation of bread and fermented product quality. The system is suitable for a number of baked product types and provides crumb cell measurements and images. Data management is provided by an integral database or exported in common file formats for further anaylsis. A printable report output is also provided. Separate C-Cell software options are available: Standard, Special & Advanced Editions.

Standard Software – Dedicated image analysis software to measure 48 characteristics of product surfaces. The software measures many aspects of the size and shape of the sample, its cell structure and features. A selection of images is available to aid visualisation of the particular aspects of the sample.

Special Edition – As standard software including 48 parameters plus printed report includes a histogram of Cell size distributions, also includes exported data of Cell Area measurements output to a spreadsheet file format.

Advanced Edition – As standard software including 48 parameters plus printed report includes a histogram of Cell size distributions, also includes exported data of Cell Area, cell location, volume, and elongation measurements to a spreadsheet file format.
