New Higher Definition C-Cell
A new Instrument version is now available called 'C-Cell HD'. The system looks at smaller samples, analysing structure at lower levels than the standard instrument. Snack Foods, Extruded Feeds and Confectionery are among the applications. Units have already been sold to Universities and other R&D facilities.

Analysis of the effects of improvers, yeasts and enzymes is an important application of C-Cell. Sales of products can be justified by measurement of C-Cell parameters to demonstrate improvements objectively.

More Applications for C-Cell
Not just for Bread Analysis, the C-Cell system is finding application in a number of new areas. Some of these include Buns, Pizza, Pastries, Muffins & Cake.

Software Upgrades - Special Deals
Existing C-Cell users who are still using the original version 1 software will be offered special deals for an upgrade kit. The Version 2 software has enhanced features including Faster Analysis and Operation, Data Output, Reports, Histogram and a new Calibration Reference.
