Calibre will be exhibiting at the Baking Technology conference to be held at Campden BRI 3rd-4th June 2014.

The aim of the conference is to bring together all parts of the bakery chain, focusing on recent developments and challenges to the bakery sector. Presentations will be on all aspects of the baking process, with six technical sessions covering:
